musical part 2

i understand why people love twisted stories in movies.

just simply because how easy people's lives are twisted.

how they move from one side to the other.

people love to say "it has been a roller coaster ride for me"

come on dude, most of the time we face more than a roller coaster.

we are let to fall from thousands of feet, from a plane, without parachute.

but one thing that , we, christians, know that is God cares.

now, back to musical.

in celebrating 2 weeks after a fruitful prayer meeting.

I would love to talk a bit abt what happened 2 weeks ago.

to begin with, i am not a person that fancies altar call that much.

i am often missed by the preachers in variety of occasions.

in youth service, normal service, retreat, you name it.

i dont know why, it just happens often. weird i know.

i never complaint though.

as i know if God wants to do something with me.

He can do it without that particular preacher.

i've grown used to it.

so, i had similar expectation for this prayer meeting.

for me this kind of prayer meeting is not different to normal service.

apparently it is different.

i dont know about the other prayer meetings. but this one is certainly different.

three of my good friends prayed for me.

i believe, God knows what i needed.

apparently i needed the most to pray.

and, secondly, simple prayers from my friends.

not that big prayer from big God's servants.

they were just simple prayers by simple servants of a big God.

How much i appreciate my Dewi Kwan-Im.

he has been a great friend. i always believe he is a very capable person.

happy for him that he seized all the opportunity to stretch himself to serve God even more this time round.

and i still believe that we havent seen the best out of him yet.

ah! when i thought prayer meeting had finished, she came to me.

asked whether she could pray for me. and of course, why not? a prayer from a popular singer :P

She has been a great friend too. i have not really talked about serious stuff with her.

we were similar to certain extent. tend to arrive late. happy go lucky. loves to eat. second kid in the family. born in the middle of the year.

it is just that she is more in all the adjectives (lateness is worse than me, more carefree, older etc) ;p

enjoying our friendship well. hope you do enjoy too, tis! :)

i intended to pray for andri and manda back, but there was not enough time.

too bad. ;D

the last prayer with her was awesome too. we are together the remnant of old Blessed.

praying with her was as if i was praying with my own family.

i did not know how much strength was poured during that prayer.

will not write much about her. she is just an amazing friend!

you have embarked on some more challenging journey (you know what)

i know that you'll be doing okay! :)

i also wanted to pray with FA blessed as one family.

too bad it could not happen. but happy to do great thing tgt with them. :)

and one precious thing i learned.

i learned how to surrender better.
