finally i'm home for my 24th birthday. something i've been looking forward to actually.
it is also something i have not done for at least the last 5 years.

and if it's as predicted, i should have no cake for this year, which is super okay for me.
i am expecting fried noodle and red boiled egg though.
yea, as you expect, my family has pretty strong chinese culture running in the blood.

this chinese-ish makes this 24th all more important. as you know, in chinese calendar,
this is the third time my parents and brother to see the year of dragon since i was born.
if we try to be a bit superstitious, this is like that special year isn't it?
and to make it even more mystic, there was once when i took shower in the gym,
in the towel, it was printed "june 10".

anyway, it already turns out as one of those trips with revelations.
only on the first day, i realized that there is no way of escaping into happiness.
when faced with trouble, we sometimes tend try to escape from it.
if you are a bit stronger, then you will want to face it and quickly settle it.
and then after the situation becomes calmer, then you will feel that satisfaction.
so, it makes us to think that the equation is:
happiness= the absence of problem
the absence of problem= when you settle it, or
the absence of problem= when you escape from it

so later, you will se that settling it pretty much equals escaping from it.
and although it follows the logical flow, this flow practically screws all your equations.
and make you realize, it might not be the perfect formula after all.
you don't get happiness because you settle your problem, let alone escaping from it.

maybe,
happiness= is all along there.
apparently happiness might not depend on any other thing.
however, you need to work on it in any circumstances.
and if you consider will smith, he even needs to pursue it.

and actually there are things you can do to create happiness-supporting environment,
that is to stop all the cycles of bad things happen to you.
so at least, no bad things channeled out thru us.
if you ever heard about pay it forward, it is a pretty much similar concept.
so just call it "stop it, bastard" (well i am not good in english, so i dont know what will go rhyme with forward. ha! :p)

if you ask me where i get this bastard idea,
it is from naruto. so this will make anime something to watch, won't it?
i believe Jesus' idea is along this line as well. :)

by the way,
i remember telling someone that i would love to have a bubble tea party! ha!
soooo, if i am still entitled for a cake from fa blessed and friends,
can we instead have a bubble tea for every one and have a cheer for a great life ahead? :D

and lastly,
actually after checking a few times after that shower in gym,
i realized the "june 10" was referring to june 2010.
so actually there is nothing mystical about it.
in fact, i just realized how old the towel is.
2 years old and must had been used for hundreds of time. --"
